Suspended Levitation

This painting and drawing series explores breathing life into inanimate objects, looking at how firm, sculptural shapes, marble busts, or simple rocks can turn into flesh and be like living matter. How would they then connect and relate? How can they become more soft and vulnerable? Or, conversely, how can we become less vulnerable, less transient and more mineral-like as them. What can a hybrid between organic and mineral matter mean for the future?
